The Ingen Way of Great Service is a comprehensive approach to ensuring that our customers experience not just good service but great service. It is a tried and tested approach which we have built from the foundations up.

Our foundations are our guiding principles which are used in the delivery of all our projects and jobs for our customers.

We take a moments of truth approach to every interaction we have with our customers and our people are engaged in making the customer experience the best possible. Our management teams monitor this frequently and report on it.

Delivering a valued service encompasses everything we do: the quality of workmanship and project delivery, how we listen and communicate and the attitude and behaviour of our people.

That process begins for all our people in our service excellence workshops called You Make the Difference and that says it in a nutshell. You can expect our people to be more than willing to go the extra mile for you.

Our service to you is carefully delivered, managed and measured. Every project and all our work for you is managed by our rigorous 10 point review process. We seek your views and act on them.
